At the Village of Bartley, we prioritize active community participation to foster growth and development. Our programs encourage residents and business owners to collaborate effectively for a stronger village. Engaged citizens are the cornerstone of sustainable progress and economic expansion.

Bartley's vision for development will be accomplished through many diverse implementation strategies.  In addition to growing the economic base, the Village will also continue to develop housing options which suit the needs of residents and supporting the Southwest Public School District.
